Unless you live under a rock, you see anywhere from 15 to 20 ads every day for the latest, greatest anti-aging miracle cures. Fashion magazines are full of them, and they're all over TV.
Without a doubt, we live in a youth-obsessed culture. Yet, most of my girlfriends are actually happier now than they were at 20, and wouldn't turn back time even if they could. In fact, if I were to draw up a balance sheet weighing the pros and cons of getting older, it might look something like this:
Can you see where I'm going with this? While most of us have no interest in being 20 again, we DO want to look as young as possible.
So, all those ads for miracle cures start to look awful tempting, so we try different products, with mixed results. Most of the time, we end up paying too much for products that do too little.
That's why I was so excited to finally find a product that really works. It's called "iQ Derma Age Reverse System." I'm usually pretty skeptical about buying anything off the Internet, but it was a free trial, so I figured, Why not?
I have to tell you, I am so glad I tried this product because I've literally had half a dozen "Wow!" moments since I started using it. Here are a few that jump to mind:
- I was carded! Okay, maybe the restaurant has a policy of carding every customer who orders alcohol, or maybe the waiter was aiming for a bigger tip (if so, it worked!). All I know is, I hadn't been carded since ... I can't remember when, and it felt good!
- My son's friend called me a cougar. The feminist in me told me I should be upset - and my son was not-too-happy about it, but honestly? I was thrilled!
- My husband is practically chasing me around the house. He asked me if I lost weight, if I got my hair cut - he has no idea what's changed, he just knows he likes what he sees.
